Visibility workflows for every team
Seryvon helps teams organize website visibility questions around observable evidence. The open-core release is public, and the managed product is coming soon. The workflows below are practical ways to evaluate the available audit capabilities; they are not customer case studies or promises of improved rankings.
SEO teams
Start with crawlability, indexability and page structure before interpreting AI visibility signals. Review which pages were collected and which measurements were unavailable. Then use the five-pillar report to separate technical findings from content, answer structure and agent-readiness questions.
For example, when reviewing a service section, inspect canonical and heading findings against the intended page purpose. Assign a concrete correction, preserve the original report and rerun after the change. Check measurement profiles before interpreting a score difference. The comparison rules explain when runs can be compared directly or only on shared criteria.
Agencies
Use an audit to prepare a client discussion grounded in findings rather than a score alone. Explain the crawl scope, configured providers and missing data alongside the recommendations. JSON, HTML and Markdown reports provide different ways to inspect or share the output; the report guide describes the information to look for.
The prioritization implementation supplies an initial ordering based on impact, severity and estimated effort. Adapt that ordering to the client’s constraints. A high-priority technical issue is not a quantified commercial opportunity, and an improved audit score does not establish increased leads or sales.
Developers
Use the repository quickstart to evaluate a self-hosted audit, then inspect individual findings against the source templates. The CLI implementation includes commands for full audits, ASO checks, citation runs, history and comparison. Keeping the configuration stable helps distinguish changes in the website from changes in the measurement.
A useful handoff names the affected page, explains the observed issue and links the proposed correction to a reviewable requirement. Seryvon generates diagnostic output; implementing and testing the website change remains your responsibility. Review responsible operation before allowing audits to request remote URLs in a shared environment.
SaaS and product teams
Review whether product information is understandable to both people and software. Clear descriptions, useful answers and explicit action information give you concrete material to inspect. The agentic search guide explains why machine-readable actions and accessible forms are relevant to this review.
Static ASO findings assess readiness. They do not prove that an autonomous agent can sign up, purchase or complete an end-to-end journey. If that journey matters, define and validate it separately with the appropriate permissions.
Agree on evidence before reporting progress
Before the first run, record the target, intended scope and provider configuration. Afterward, distinguish measured findings from unavailable checks and separate readiness signals from observed citations. Repeat a measurement with comparable settings when you need to evaluate change. Read the methodology and limitations together, so stakeholders understand what the report can support and what still needs independent verification.
